Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to help them achieve their physical therapy goals, improve mobility, manage pain, and prevent future injuries.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Conduct assessments to identify patients' physical limitations and develop treatment plans

- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve strength and flexibility

- Educate patients on proper techniques for rehabilitation and injury prevention

- Communicate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients

- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

- State licensure as a Physical Therapist

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience working in a healthcare setting

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
