Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for treating patients who have sustained injuries or illnesses that affect their physical abilities. The role involves creating personalized treatment plans to help patients improve their mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:

- Implement various therapeutic techniques to improve strength, mobility, and flexibility
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on proper exercises and techniques for at-home care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Knowledge of and experience with a variety of treatment techniques
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
