Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary: As a Physical Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate physical therapy treatments for patients with injuries or disabilities. You will work closely with patients to help them improve mobility, manage pain, and prevent further injury.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans and goals for each patient
- Administer physical therapy treatments, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients about their conditions and teach them exercises for home practice
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Valid physical therapy license in the state of practice
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with electronic medical records is a plus
