Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing hands-on therapy to patients with various musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. You will work closely with patients to assess their physical abilities and create customized treatment plans to help them improve their mobility, reduce pain, and prevent further injury.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments to determine patients' physical limitations and abilities
- Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs
- Use a variety of techniques, such as manual therapy, exercise, and modalities, to help patients improve their mobility and function
- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on proper techniques for stretching and strengthening exercises
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
