Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing physical therapy programs to help patients recover from injuries or illnesses and improve their overall physical function. They work closely with patients to develop customized treatment plans and provide hands-on care to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical condition and needs
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and strength
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and techniques
- Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
