Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The Occupational Therapist will work with patients to help them develop, recover, and improve the skills they need for daily living and working.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Conduct evaluations to determine patients' strengths and areas for improvement

- Develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' needs

- Help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities

- Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment to assist them in their daily activities

- Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy

- State licensure as an Occupational Therapist

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds

- Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
