Job Summary:
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will work under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists to provide patients with rehabilitation services that help them regain skills for everyday living and work activities. Your role will involve assisting in the development of treatment plans, implementing therapy activities, and monitoring progress to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assist in conducting evaluations to assess patients' strengths and limitations.

4. Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
6. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and exercises.
7. Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
2. Valid certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
3. State licensure or certification, as required.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
