Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to provide rehabilitation services to patients suffering from injuries or disabilities. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
6. Keep treatment areas clean and organized.
7. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
9. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in healthcare.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program.
2. Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Physical strength and stamina to assist patients with exercises.
7. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.
8. Compassion and empathy for patients facing physical challenges.
9. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
10. CPR certification.
