Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to help patients recover from injuries and illnesses, improve mobility, and manage pain.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Assist physical therapists in carrying out treatment plans for patients

- Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to patients

- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve recovery

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients

Qualifications and Skills:

- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program

- Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (CPTA) license

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques
