Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team and provide individualized care to patients with injuries or illnesses that affect their physical movement. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology, and a passion for helping people improve their quality of life through physical therapy.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with physical limitations
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on strategies for managing their condition and preventing future injuries
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each patient
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience working with patients of all ages and physical abilities
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
