Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical injuries or disabilities to help them improve their movement and manage pain. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing support throughout their recovery process.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical limitations and develop treatment plans
- Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to help patients improve their range of motion and reduce pain
- Educate patients on exercises and stretches they can do at home to support their recovery
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Document patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Stay current on the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in physical therapy practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
