Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality therapy services to our clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals achieve their maximum level of independence and function in their daily activities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their functional abilities and limitations.
2. Develop individualized treatment plans to help clients improve their ability to perform daily activities.
3. Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance clients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and physical abilities.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
5. Monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout therapy sessions.
6. Educate clients and their families on strategies to promote independence and function.
7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of clients' treatment plans and progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
2. Valid state occupational therapy license.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and abilities.
5. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
6. Prior experience in occupational therapy preferred.
