Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary: As a Physical Therapist, you will help patients recover from injuries and illnesses through physical exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions. You will work closely with patients to develop treatment plans and monitor their progress towards regaining mobility and function.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement treatment techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and education
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients
- Educate patients on injury prevention and self-management strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to empathize with patients and tailor treatment plans to their individual needs
- Proficiency in using therapeutic equipment and techniques
- A commitment to continuing education and professional development
