Job Title: Speech Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with individuals of all ages who have communication and swallowing disorders. Your primary goal will be to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language impairments to help your patients improve their communication skills and quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct thorough and comprehensive evaluations to determine speech and language disorders.
2. Develop personalized treatment plans to address each patient's specific needs.
3. Provide individual and group therapy sessions to improve communication skills.
4. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
5. Keep detailed records of patient progress and communicate effectively with families and caregivers.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
2. Current state license to practice as a Speech Therapist.
3. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
