Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain due to injury, illness, or surgery. The Physical Therapist will create personalized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility and prevent further injury.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical condition and devise individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patients' strength and mobility
- Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on proper techniques for performing exercises at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Maintain accurate records of patients' progress and treatment plans
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid Physical Therapy license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of current trends and techniques in Physical Therapy
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
