Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist is responsible for developing personalized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or other medical conditions that affect their physical movement. They work closely with patients to improve their mobility, reduce pain, and prevent future injuries.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations
2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on the evaluation
3. Provide hands-on therapy to improve patients' range of motion and strength
4. Educate patients on techniques for managing pain and preventing further injury
5. Use various modalities such as massages, exercises, and equipment to help patients regain mobility

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
2. State licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
6. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques
7. Experience working with patients of all ages and physical abilities
