- Develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent injury
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to aid in recovery
- Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics and injury prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of orthopedic conditions and rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- CPR certification
- Continuing education in physical therapy techniques and practices
