Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
2. State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
5. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and psychology related to occupational therapy
6. Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans
7. Experience working with patients of all ages and abilities
