We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiation Therapist to deliver safe and accurate radiation treatments to patients as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in radiation therapy equipment and a patient-centered approach to care.
Deliver radiation therapy treatments according to physician prescriptions and approved treatment plans
Prepare and position patients accurately for daily treatments
Operate radiation therapy equipment (Linear Accelerator, CT Simulator, etc.)
Verify treatment setup using imaging and alignment techniques
Monitor patients during treatment and respond to patient concerns
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and radiation oncology systems
Perform routine machine QA checks and report any equipment issues
Follow radiation safety protocols and regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, and Dosimetrists
Provide patient education and emotional support throughout the treatment process
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy or related field
Certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT-T or equivalent)
Active state license (if required)
Knowledge of radiation oncology workflows and safety standards
Strong communication and patient care skills
Experience in a hospital or cancer center environment
Hands-on experience with treatment planning systems and imaging tools
Knowledge of IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, SBRT techniques
Familiarity with record & verify systems (ARIA, MOSAIQ, etc.)
1–3 years of experience preferred (freshers may apply depending on facility requirements)
