Position Title: Physical Therapist

Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical injuries, disabilities, or movement disorders. The PT develops individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, relieve pain, restore function, and prevent further injury.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical assessments
Develop and implement customized treatment plans
Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training
Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for coordinated care

Required Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Active state Physical Therapist license
CPR/BLS certification
Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

Orthopedic or sports rehabilitation experience
Manual therapy techniques
Geriatric or pediatric therapy experience
Patient-centered care approach
