Job Title: Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Speech Therapist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. The Speech Therapist will create personalized treatment plans and work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to improve communication and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

Provide therapy for articulation, fluency (stuttering), voice, and language delays

Treat swallowing disorders (dysphagia) when applicable

Maintain patient progress notes and documentation

Educate patients and families on exercises and home therapy programs

Collaborate with doctors, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and teachers

Support patients across age groups (pediatrics, adults, geriatrics)

Use evidence-based therapy techniques and assistive communication devices (AAC)
Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)

Active state license as a Speech Therapist / SLP

Strong communication, empathy, and patient care skills

Experience with treatment planning and documentation
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in schools, hospitals, rehab centers, or outpatient clinics

Knowledge of AAC devices and dysphagia therapy
-
Pediatric or adult therapy specialization
-
Bilingual is a plus
