🏥 Occupational Therapist / Physical Therapist – Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapists (OT) and Physical Therapists (PT) to help patients improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance their quality of life. The ideal candidate will assess patient conditions and create personalized therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients’ physical conditions and therapy needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Help patients improve mobility, strength, coordination, and daily living skills.
Use therapeutic techniques, exercises, and assistive devices.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Educate patients and families on recovery and home-care practices.
Maintain accurate patient records and reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy.
Valid license/certification to practice.
Experience in rehabilitation, orthopedics, or neurology preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work with patients of all age groups.
