Position Title: Physical Therapist

Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates and treats patients with injuries, illnesses, or movement disorders. The PT develops personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient evaluations and functional assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Perform manual therapy and therapeutic exercises
Use rehabilitation equipment and modalities
Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Required Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Active state PT license
CPR/BLS certification
Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
Excellent communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Orthopedic or sports rehab experience
Manual therapy techniques
Geriatric or pediatric care experience
