Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered care, utilizing a variety of techniques to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent disability. This individual will work closely with patients to create customized treatment plans and monitor progress throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate and assess patient's condition to determine appropriate treatment plan
- Develop personalized exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Use manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain and promote healing
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics and injury prevention strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current best practices in physical therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- CPR certification
