Job title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their maximum level of function. They will work closely with patients to develop personalized exercise plans and provide hands-on therapy to promote healing and recovery.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop customized treatment plans to address each patient's specific needs and goals.
- Implement various therapeutic techniques, such as stretches, exercises, and manual therapy, to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to prevent future injuries.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care and treatment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience working in a clinical setting is preferred.
