Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with individuals to help them engage in meaningful activities and improve their overall quality of life. You will assess clients' needs, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to help them achieve independence in daily activities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct evaluations to assess clients' abilities and limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs
- Provide therapy interventions to improve clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being
- Educate clients and their families on strategies to promote independence
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
