JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE:

Raze Therapeutics is seeking a contract Speech Therapist to support a dynamic Skilled Nursing Facility. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to patients, including evaluations, treatment plans, and interventions. The Speech Therapist will work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of patient care.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

Active state license in speech therapy required

Clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting preferred

Knowledge and skills in speech therapy evaluation and treatment techniques

Strong written and verbal communication skills

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Ability to plan and implement individualized therapy programs to meet patient needs

Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations

Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
