Raze Therapeutics is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Therapist SLP (SLP) for a Long term-week contract assignment at Memorial Medical Nursing & Rehab in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to patients with speech and language disorders.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients to identify speech and language impairments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and provide updates to the interdisciplinary team
Attend required facility meetings and in-services
Maintain professional conduct, communication, and dress at all times
Respect and follow OBRA Residents Rights Guidelines and facility infection control policies
Schedule patients on caseload and complete necessary documentation
Requirements:
Active state license as a Speech Therapist SLP
40 hours per week, days
Previous experience as a Speech Therapist SLP, particularly in a SNF setting, is preferred
