Raze Therapeutics is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract position in Grand Rapids, MI. The successful candidate must have a current state license and have the flexibility to work varying shifts.
As a Physical Therapist at Raze Therapeutics, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating residents with musculoskeletal deficiencies, neurological conditions, balance disorders, and transfer/gait deficits. The PT will be responsible for the screening of residents and completing all necessary documentation. Additionally, the PT will attend all required facility meetings and in-services and develop programs to assist residents in achieving their highest level of functioning.
The PT must employ and follow all appropriate facility infection control policies and procedures and respect Residents Rights Guidelines. Scheduling residents for treatment and in-services for facility staff education is also a responsibility of the PT. The PT must maintain a professional demeanor at all times, including professional conduct, communication, and dress.
