Raze Therapeutics is seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team on a 13-week contract basis, with the potential for conversion to a permanent role. This is a full-time position with flexible hours and a negotiable salary based on experience. New graduates with skilled nursing experience are welcome to apply.
As a Speech Therapist at Raze Therapeutics, you will play a critical role in helping patients recover their speech and communication abilities. You will work closely with patients, families, and medical teams to provide individualized care plans, diagnose and treat speech disorders, and evaluate patient progress.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists
Evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
Provide patient and family education and support
Requirements:
Active Speech Therapist license in the state of California
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
