Charge Nurse for a 25-30 bed Long Term Care Unit or a 17-20 bed Skilled Nursing Unit
Providing daily treatments, administering medications as needed
Documenting resident care
Supervising CNA's and CMA's assigned to the unit
Communicating with families and physicians about the care of residents
Possibility of caring for COVID-19 positive patients in accordance with CDC guidelines
Completing an NIHSS annually to meet The Joint Commission's standards
Requirements:
Currently Active LPN certification or license
Experience in long term care and dementia
Experience in acute rehabilitation
