Job Description
"Raze Therapeutics is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a contract basis for a 13-week duration. The ideal candidate will have an active state license and be able to work a 8/10 hour shift that may vary and include occasional weekends and holidays to meet the department's staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
Evaluates and implements various therapeutic interventions to aid in the rehabilitation of physical disorders
Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the lifespan of patients
Ensures a comprehensive rehabilitation program that addresses the physical, psychosocial, cognitive, and immediate environmental well-being of the patient
Promotes patient/caregiver self-determination and independence
Coordinates with various disciplines and services involved in patient care
Advocates for the needs of the patient
Requirements:
Active state license in Physical Therapy
Must not be a local traveler, as per the radius rule
Ability to work 8/10 hour shifts that may vary and include occasional weekends and holidays
