Job Summary:
Raze Therapeutics is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist with Level I certification in Pelvic Health to join our active Therapy Department for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation therapy and possess certification from either Herman and Wallace or APTA.
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized physical therapy treatment to patients with pelvic health issues
Assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure patient progress and positive outcomes
Administer manual therapy techniques, exercises, and assistive devices to promote mobility and independence
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-care strategies
Document patients' progress and communicate with referring providers
Qualifications:
Physical Therapist license in the state of Montana
Level I certification in Pelvic Health through Herman and Wallace or APTA
1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
