We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Raze Therapeutics. As a PT at our organization, you will be responsible for providing rehabilitation therapy to patients in the Kohala region on the Big Island of Hawaii. This is a contract position with potential for dayshift, some weekends and holidays.
The ideal candidate will have:
A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Hawaii
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities include:
Assessing patients' physical and functional abilities to determine appropriate treatment plans
Providing physical therapy services, including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
Documenting patient progress and updating treatment plans as needed
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintaining a safe and clean treatment environment
