Raze Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will provide rehabilitation therapy services to patients in their homes in the Colorado area.

Responsibilities:

Deliver age appropriate physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and education to physically impaired adults and children.

Demonstrate clinical expertise in the principles and practice of physical therapy.

Have knowledge in current treatment modalities and their safe use in the home.

Be aware of Medicare regulations for coverage of physical therapy in the home.

Requirements:

Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy school.

Current license to practice in Colorado.

Ability to work with clients of all ages.

Proof of professional liability insurance if a contracted service; proof of health/immunization if a contracted service.

BLS certification required.
