Job Title: Physical Therapist in San Rafael,California

Are you a talented and dedicated Physical Therapist looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a Contract PT to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in San Rafael, CA. As a Contract PT, you will work 6-8 hours a day, Monday through Friday, with immediate availability. The ideal candidate will have experience with Rehab Optima and possess excellent productivity skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
Administer physical therapy treatments and exercises
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements:

Current California Physical Therapist license
Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist
Experience with Rehab Optima preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
