Surprise,Arizona Job Description: Looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at Sante of Surprise, a skilled nursing facility (SNF) located in Scottsdale, AZ (85255). This is a contract position. The ideal candidate will be available to work full-time on days, Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday. As a PT at our SNF, you will work with a diverse patient population and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans. You will have access to state-of-the-art equipment and resources to provide exceptional care and achieve positive patient outcomes.
