Title: Speech Therapist in Sweetwater,Texas Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team in Sweetwater, TX. The successful candidate will work in a skilled nursing facility and develop and implement speech therapy plans for our residents and short-term patients. As a Speech Therapist, you will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to achieve goals and communicate progress effectively. You will also maintain compliance with regulatory, licensing, facility, and payer requirements while ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
