Rehab Occupational Therapist in Honakaa,Hawaii Job Description: Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with primary experience in SNF rehab? Our healthcare facility in Honakaa, HI is seeking a qualified and licensed Occupational Therapist to provide professional occupational therapy services for the full range of cases coming within the scope of our program for the habilitation and rehabilitation of patients. Under general supervision, you will perform diagnostic assessments and prepare and implement treatment plans, as well as provide all occupational therapy services for a unit, center, or facility. You will also be responsible for performing other related duties as required. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in at least 1 of the following settings working with adults (Acute, SNF, rehab hosp., outpatient). Equipment Utilized in the unit/dept: Meditech EMR Required skills and minimum years of experience: Minimum 2 years work experience in at least 1 of the following settings working with adults (Acute, SNF, rehab hosp., outpatient) Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: BLS Shift or schedule requirements: 7 days per week departmental coverage - operation from 7-430p - 5-day work week with possible 1 weekend day schedule (Sun-Thurs or Tues -Sat). Hours worked per two-week period may be up to 88 hrs. No guarantee of hours or shift preference. Requirements: Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of the offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.
