Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant in Methuen,Massachusetts

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Methuen, MA. In this role, you will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement treatment plans and document patient progress
Communicate with patients and their families to ensure a positive and effective rehabilitation experience
Maintain accurate and complete patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and revise patient care plans
Requirements:

Valid state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant
Rehab Optima experience preferred
COVID vaccination required
8 hours of Dementia training
Ability to pass all required credentialing checks
