Job Title:COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) in Beloit,Wisconsin

We are looking for a skilled and motivated COTA to join our team in Beloit, WI. This is a full-time position, with an expected 40 hours per week. Experience with Rehab Optima is preferred.

Please review the credentialing checklist prior to submission, which includes online license verification, a resume, 3 references, flu shot (during flu season), true 2-step PPD or Quantiferon, physical within 6 months of start, Elder Justice Act (read and signed), national criminal background check within 30 days of start, OIG/HHS search, GSA search, and 2 forms of ID. Wyoming DOCI Background check is also required.
