"Job Title: Physical Therapist - Lakeview Oregon 97630

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan and provide treatment to patients with disabilities, disorders and injuries. The therapist will work with family and health team members regarding patients' abilities and goals, providing treatment to relieve pain and develop, restore, or maintain physical function.

Education: Bachelor of Science or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from a college or university accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Must have necessary requisites for licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Oregon State Board of Health. Current CPR certification required.

Experience: The ideal candidate must have thorough knowledge of therapy procedures, current orthopedic and neurological follow-up procedures, and rehabilitation practices. Familiarity with electronic documentation systems is a plus. Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required.
