We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team for a contract position in Roseburg, OR. New graduates are welcome to apply! The ideal candidate will have SNF experience and will be responsible for providing quality care to patients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Communicate with healthcare team members regarding patient progress
Educate patients and their families on proper home exercise programs and activities of daily living
Complete accurate documentation in a timely manner
Requirements:

Active state license as an Occupational Therapist
SNF experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation
Must have negative Covid test result within 48 hours prior to start date
