We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Grants Pass, OR for a contract position. As an OT, you will be responsible for providing therapy services to help our patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Requirements:
Active Occupational Therapy license in Oregon
SNF experience is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to complete a Covid test 72 hours prior to the start date with results issued 48 hours prior to the start date
