"Job Title: Comprehensive Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team at Raze Therapeutics in King City, CA. As a Comprehensive Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patient and family needs, developing and implementing a comprehensive plan of care, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy
Current CA Occupational Therapist License
Recommended affiliation with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Skills:
Ability to assess patient and family needs
Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards/requirements
Knowledge of Medicare documentation standards
Physical Demands:
Constantly required to push/pull and lift light objects less than 50 lbs.
Occasionally required to push/pull more than 300 lbs., and lifting in excess of 50 lbs.
Required to perform simple motor skills such as standing, walking, writing and use of various types of therapeutic and office equipment
Frequently required to remain in uncomfortable positions for long periods of time, such as bending over equipment, counters, and tables and squatting.
Required to walk, stand and sit for long periods of time.
Special Demands:
Ability to work with others and to perform a variety of assigned duties.
Will be dealing with patients of all ages to include; children/pediatrics, adolescents, adults and elderly geriatrics.
