"Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN)

Raze Therapeutics is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our team on a temporary basis in Sault St. Marie, MI. As an LVN/LPN with Raze Therapeutics, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team

Collect and document patient health information and medical history

Assist with patient assessments and the development of care plans

Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and disease management

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and effective patient care

Requirements:

Current and valid LVN/LPN license in the state of Michigan

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
