Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical conditions, creating personalized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to help them regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities and Duties:

2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals, medical history, and current physical status.
3. Perform hands-on therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other proven rehabilitation methods.
4. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, therapeutic exercises, and home care techniques.
5. Monitor and measure patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize outcomes.
6. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting their progress and treatment plans.
8. Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards within the scope of physical therapy practice.
9. Stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy research, techniques, and technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
2. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
3. Proven experience in assessing and treating a diverse range of patients across different age groups.
4. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal systems.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
6. Outstanding problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to develop effective treatment plans.
7. Empathy, patience, and compassion to provide emotional support and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
8. Physical stamina and the ability to assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises that may require physical exertion.
9. Proficiency in utilizing medical software for documentation and patient management.
10. Commitment to maintaining professional competence through continuing education and professional development programs.
