Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Butte, MT. The PT will provide assessments, treatment plans, and rehabilitation services to clients with various physical conditions, including injuries, illnesses, and disabilities. The PT should be knowledgeable in the application of various therapeutic techniques to aid clients in reaching their functional goals and to improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Evaluate patient's medical history and condition, conduct physical assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer treatments using a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercise, electrotherapy, and functional training.
• Document progress notes and communicate with referring physicians, case managers and other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care.
• Instruct patients on exercises, therapeutic activities, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor and report patient progress to ensure goals are being met and treatment plans are adjusted accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Must possess a current Physical Therapy license in the state of Montana.
• Prior clinical experience in physical therapy is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to evaluate patient needs and assess progress effectively.
