Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
- Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Empathy and sensitivity towards people facing physical, developmental, or psychological challenges.
- Proficient in utilizing occupational therapy assessment tools, techniques, and treatment modalities.
