Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and provide comprehensive therapy services to patients. 6. Educate and instruct clients, their families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, exercises, and home programs.
7. Evaluate clients' functional abilities and provide recommendations for community reintegration.
8. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
9. Stay updated with the latest research, evidence-based practices, and industry trends relevant to occupational therapy.
10. Adhere to legal, ethical, and professional occupational therapy standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
2. Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
3. Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and related medical conditions.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
5. Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
6. Proficiency in utilizing therapeutic equipment and assistive technologies.
7. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
8. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
9. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
